1. What this service offers
DROP YOR ART is an independent, developing creative platform with browser-based art, writing and music tools, private account projects, public creator profiles and a public gallery for work you explicitly publish. Features labeled unavailable are not live services. Saving a service brief does not send it to an artist, reserve a date, accept a quote or make a payment. Live bookings, checkout and payouts are not included in this release.
2. Adults and account creation
You must be at least 18 to create a DROP YOR ART account. Use accurate account information and an identity you control. Before activation, confirm that you are 18 or older and accept the displayed version of these Terms. A successful Google or email identity check alone is not completion of DROP YOR ART onboarding. An identity provider may keep its own record even if you leave before creating your DYA account.
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use another person’s account or bypass access controls. Existing users may be asked to accept a revised policy version before affected account features are available; their original project ownership must not be transferred simply because another account uses the same email address.
3. Your work and public publishing
You retain ownership of your original work. You give DROP YOR ART only the permission needed to store, back up, process and show content as required to deliver features you request. A private save does not authorize public posting, sale or transfer of copyright. Do not upload work, personal images, audio or other material unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it here.
Public publishing is separate from saving and Proof of Creation. To publish, you must make the rights declaration, prepare an exact saved project version and choose the publish action. By doing so, you confirm that you own the work or have permission to publish that saved version and its referenced media, and that your public title, description and creator name do not include confidential, personal or infringing material. You may archive your listing; DYA may hide a listing while it is reviewed for safety, rights or policy concerns.
4. Proof of Creation
Proof of Creation is a DROP YOR ART platform record generated by the backend after it verifies an eligible saved project version or private original. It is not a government copyright registration, does not independently establish legal ownership and does not replace legal advice or registration where that is appropriate. Certificate issuance does not publish a project. A full certificate PDF is available only to the issuing signed-in account; public verification displays minimized record metadata only.
5. Safe and lawful use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, exploitation of children, threats, targeted harassment, infringement, impersonation, malware or unauthorized access. Do not upload another person’s confidential or sensitive information without an appropriate basis and permission. Only photograph, plan or mark a wall with the owner’s authorization. Creative tools do not grant permission to alter property.
You can report content, make a good-faith copyright report or block a creator through available controls. Reports are reviewed under the platform’s moderation process; making a report does not guarantee a particular result or immediate removal. Do not knowingly submit false, abusive or misleading reports.
6. Previews are not professional approval
Tattoo designs, stencils and body-placement views are creative previews, not medical advice or approval to perform a tattoo. Work with an appropriately qualified professional. Music instruments are synthesized sounds; recording timing and playback vary by device. Merry provides tool guidance and cannot approve purchases, publish work, grant rights or create accounts for you.
7. Storage, access and availability
Local drafts and home previews depend on the browser and device where they were created. Clearing site data or using a different device can remove access to local copies. An account save is complete only when the backend confirms it; export important projects and keep your original files. The app is still in development and may be interrupted or changed. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation, artistic results, bookings or income is made.
We may restrict access or hide public content where reasonably needed to address misuse, security issues, reports or legal obligations. Contact support about account access, correction, export or deletion requests. Do not assume that removing a local preview also removes separately saved cloud files or integrity and moderation records that must be retained.
8. Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy explains the handling of local data, identity information, cloud files, public records, reports and requested voice playback. Google, Amazon Web Services and other connected providers also apply their own terms and privacy practices to their services. Do not send passwords, verification codes or secret keys to support.
9. Changes, rights and contact
Material revisions will be identified by a new version. Where renewed acceptance is required, the app must obtain it before granting affected access. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use the support address below for questions, rights concerns or complaints.
